Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility
Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase; your order confirmation email works.

How to start a return
Email info@onlyoneking.com with your order number and we will reply with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Return shipping
If your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will make it right, and in this case return shipping is on us, with nothing deducted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards, and any item marked Final Sale. Items purchased with a discount code are returnable.

International returns
Prepaid return labels are not available for international returns, so return shipping is arranged and paid by you. Duties or taxes paid to your country are not refundable by us.

Refunds
We will email you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card company may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the refund.
